Thomas K. Riley, Thomas M. Dunlap and Joe D. Holt comprise the law firm of Riley & Dunlap, P.C. Founded in 1917, our firm has a long-standing history of providing quality legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Fulton, Missouri and Callaway County. Tom Dunlap's family first moved to Callaway County in 1819 - his relative helped name the town of Fulton. Mr. Dunlap joined the firm in 1975 and is the senior principal shareholder. Thomas K. Riley joined the firm in 1998 and is a principal shareholder. He graduated from Washington and Lee Law School and served one year as law clerk to the Honorable Ann Covington on the Missouri Supreme Court. Joe D. Holt is the former majority floor leader in the State House of Representatives, former Judge for the Circuit Court of Callaway County and joined our firm of counsel.
